Well, Happy New Year to all.
The seed catalogs have been rolling in and i'll need to review my entries to remember what i planned to do for this year's garden.
The keyboard on my new full-sized laptop is proving hard to get used to. My last ones were Acers and this one is an HP, the button configuration is slightly different enough that it makes typing a bit more difficult, so it will take some time to adjust to it.
The Wintersowing season is pretty much here, though the weather is making itself kinda odd. The temperature outside is well above freezing and the forecast for tomorrow is rain....not snow. I believe that Wintersowing works as long as the temperature is around 40 degrees, so i won't let that stop me and it may make the project go easier since i won't be so chilly.
Things like Sea Kale and the soap lilies i think will need the cold treatment that Wintersowing provides and i also have some seeds saved from a few berries sent to me by my Adventurous Lemonade friend. Chinese matrimony vine, goji berry and wolfberry are also good for this. I need to go through my stash....
i know i have some Echinacea paradoxa in there that needs cold strat as well....
I had some other things i was going to write a bit about, but i have forgotton already, but i may come in again and make another entry.
For now i am simply waiting for spring and enjoying the though of all the things i'd like to try this year~!
